goal data recording in therapy sub

When I look at the session under the "students" tab and go into "therapy", that is when it appears to have a 0% for the goal even though no data was taken. At this time, when previewing sessions in the 'Therapy' section of the Students tab, the system does show a 0% for the overall goal, even if data has only been taken for the objective.
