Customize data collection sheets (layout & included info)

I wish I could edit the layout of the data tracking sheets. -goals stay on the top (not reappear for each day) -change the layout of each day (orientation, size, etc.) -I also wish the goal would be written all the way across the page instead of just the right half of the page. It wastes so much paper
