Add a dropdown for the new CPT codes in Daily Data session

With the new CPT codes that are based on the discipline being targeted in a session, it would be helpful when accessing a session from the daily data menu to have a dropdown menu or something next to the student name to indicate which code applies to that session. Right now, the only way to indicate which CPT code to use is to go into the medicaid data report and manually change each one after looking at what goals were addressed. Maybe a default code could be assigned to a student, but have the ability to change it in those session notes.
