Fix locked screen when absence is chosen

I do not like and am very disappointed you lock this field when absence is chosen for the individual student. Often times a note needs to be put there. There need to be a setting on locking it or not. You making the choice for me makes me less satisfied with this program and makes my job more difficult in documentation. Others are also complaining about this. IT is a major issue. Please fix and go back to the old way or make it be a choice if the SLP needs a locked field for medicaid billing.
