Goal Visual Clean-up

I struggle to keep all of the goal specifics in mind while taking data. The sentence long format makes it difficult for me to scan the goal and find what I need (the prompting level, for instance). I've tried putting goal criteria on new lines, but it all gets smashed together again on one line. I used SLPNow two years ago, and remember feeling it had much more user-friendly goal input/data collection features as it separated out the goal criterion more.
