Update placeholder text wording in Rubric Notes section

The Notes section at the bottom of a rubric automatically pulls in the criteria that have been selected (highlighted in yellow). At this time, it’s not an open text field where custom notes can be added and saved directly. The place holder text says "After scoring your student, the selected dimensions will be available here for modification and to copy for use in your documentation." This can be confusing b/c it says you can modify and then copy Rubric notes, but none of my edits save. I'd like to be able to add additional information and it be included in the printout.
